OREO COOKIE BREAD PUDDING
This irresistibly moist and custardy bread pudding is given a creamy and chocolatey twist with chunky Oreo bits. An easy dessert for any occasion.
Ingredient list
- OREO Cookies, quartered 16
- Day old breadcubes (1 inch) 275g
- Eggs 2
- Milk 475ml
- Sugar 100g
- Butter or margarine, melted 56g
- Vanilla 1 tsp
Allergens
Wheat, Egg, Milk, Soy
Heat oven to 190�C.
Combine bread cubes and cookies in large bowl.
Whisk remaining ingredients until well blended.
Add to bread mixture; toss to evenly coat.
Pour into 1-1/2-qt. casserole sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake 45 to 50 min. or until center is set.
Serve warm or at room temperature.
